Lexi R-01

Lexi R, real name Jeremy Mcloughlin (formerly Jeremy Rana), is one of the youngest Lexies, and also one of the few with a confirmed physical disability. He is also one of the few Lexies to frequent outside of his timeline more than inside of it.

He is a softspoken gay rabbit with a prosthetic leg due to an incident that happened long ago. The leg itself was built by Jeremy during his high school years, helped by his shop teacher.

Biography

Early Years

His life was pretty average until his 10th birthday party. That day, he made a realisation... that dudes are pretty hot. Being a 10 year old, he didn't exactly know to not say what he thinks, and thus seemingly out of nowhere, immediately after opening his first present, he says out loud: "I think I like guys." There were a lot of different reactions, most not really caring whilst his grandmother started yelling at him, causing his parents to yell back at her. This led to a huge fight of words and slurs, causing him to run off and hide in his closet. His dad eventually went to check up on him, and they had a calm conversation, with his father promising to support his homosexual endeavors.

Two years later, an accident at a horridly managed field trip caused Jeremy to lose his leg, with him barely making it to the hospital. After that, he had many different prosthetics but none ever felt quite right. He had one that felt okay, but was still somewhat uncomfortable. At age 16, he used the fact that he had a shop class to build himself a leg that felt perfect to use. By the end of the year, he had done it, and he still uses that leg to this day, it working perfectly.

Post Lexiverse

After bringing him to the suite, Q-01 seemed to act differently around him. Jeremy even noticed the stark difference between how Q-01 acts around him. Towards him, he acts like a father figure, quite nice to him, and even opening doors for him sometimes... or at least trying to. Around us though, he is a cranky dirtbag who constantly complains and bickers. Upon asking why, Q-01 states that he sees R-01 as a type of son, and "wishes he could adopt the kid." Jeremy does see him as a sort of father, but he still has a family of his own. He did introduce Q-01 to his family, and they do seem to like him, though they haven't quite wrapped their minds over the whole Lexiverse aspect of him. At this point though, they have kind of accepted Q as an honorary uncle or second father to Jeremy, and welcome him anytime he comes by. They even set up days for when Jeremy can stay at Q-01's home.

Familial Relationships

His relationship with his biological family is pretty good, his mom and dad are pretty nice to both him and Q-01, though his grandmother isn't the biggest fan of him due to his...gayness. She used a much more harsh word, but I'm not writing that. His relationship with Q-01 is, of course, also very well, probably even better than his own blood. Q-01's wife though, is a different story. She is fine with him, but hates how much time he spend with her husband, saying that "he isn't a son, he's legally not real to us" and other stuff like that. She doesn't accept him as anything more than somone who visits occasionally, no matter what anyone says.

Notes

• His custom leg is primarily built with brass and aluminium.
• He has pretty bad insomnia, causing him to have some weeks where he doesn't sleep at all.
• His Christmases end up being pretty chaotic, especially with Q-01 being there for them now.
• He had a large family even before the pseudo-adoption.
• Q-01 has helped his family a lot, offering to pay for many things with the money he's gotten from his business.
